Damn, so close. This morning I made my jig and was able to eliminate the sink trap with 2 cuts and 3 welds. Needed 3 welds because my Magnaflow cat isn't slip fit on one end. Tack welded and waiting for a welder to free up at work.

looking forward to this finally! I've had my SD header's sitting here for almost a year, haven't even touched em. Maybe this will finally motivate me to stop being lazy, mod them, and get them installed :th_peaceout:

Life happens guys... I made a good effort and came out of pocket to make this happen. I hope this video helps some people in their choice on headers.
