• The site migration is complete! Hopefully everything transferred properly from the multiple decades old software we were using before. If you notice any issues please let me know, thanks! Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

so i ordered over a grand worth of suspension parts on feb 5th. my box arrives about 2 weeks later... box had a invoice with all my parts.. all parts were checked off on teh invoice as if they were packaged. well they shorted me rear end links and 4 strut mounts..i emailed them several times and they have been giving me excuses about being out of town... saying im missing an odd number of parts and they will look into it. id say ive emailed them 4 or 5 times about it. finally he says my endlinks will be shipped asap but said nothing about my mounts.. finally last night i threatened with a pay pal claim and still havent heard ****... its been a month since order was placed and this still isnt resolved. how much longer would u guys give before filing a claim to get my 200 bucks back?

I would do it quickly. Remember only have a 45 day limit to file one. Seems like people like to screw everyone out of stuff now days. I would of already filed a claim.

well my email last night let him know if i didnt hear something soon i was gonna file.. hes answered emails on weekends before... so if i dont hear something by tonight, im gonna file.

I would have started the claim as soon as you realized all the parts weren't included. That way all correspondence is done through the paypal claims dept. and if you do not reach an agreement the PayPal reps can go back and look at it. If the claim is settled then there are no consequences for either party, it is just a good way to document the issue. I would go ahead and file the claim and explain that you filed it initially for the purpose of keeping the correspondance on record with paypal. If they have a problem with it then they should have gotten your order right the 1st time. Best part is that if they are uncooperative then paypal will be aware of it.

What name is the order under? I can take a look. I only have 2 pending order issues right now, both of which are taken care of. If you haven't received an answer to an email within 24 hours (on week days) then we didn't get it.

Post the name and I'll take a look right now though.

jason &^%$#^& and u have given me the run around in the last 3-4 emails and not responded to the last 2 emails. ive already contacted paypal and i am letting them handle it now.

This is absolutely the worst thing you can do. Claims are reserved for situations where the vendor/ seller is unwilling to resolve a problem or non-communicative. In a situation like the OP's where they feeling like they're being ignored then by all means, a claim is reasonable but as the first plan of attack, not at all. It reflects poorly on the vendor (to the credit card processor) and needlessly complicates a situation that could otherwise be easily fixed. If someone's first response to simple missing part was to file a claim, we'd immediately blacklist them. There's too many scammers out there for us to take a chance on that kind of stuff.

For instance, when someone files a claim with Paypal, they immediately place the money on hold. Since Paypal often sides with the buyer, we refuse to ship anything further at that point since our money is effectively being held and we've no longer been paid for the items.

Likewise, we've been around for what, 8 years+? I can't imagine anyone ever needing to file a claim against us. We don't purposely leave parts out and we don't not correct mistakes when they're put in front of us. If you're not getting an answer via email through the site you can always get me at [email protected] (last resort please) or the site directly at [email protected].

i ordered a good bit of stuff from you... here it is a month later and i still havent gotten my strut mounts and rear endlinks. i told you in a previous email what the shipping weight of the box was as a way to show you im not trying to "scam" you. not hard to throw the stuff i ordered in a box and compare weight. endlinks may not weigh that much but strut mounts do.. the shipping weight on box was 26 lbs. i can provide a pic with shipping info and weight if needed. sorry it had to come this but i feel this should have been resolved by now.

Jason, I don't think you're trying to scam us at all. If that's what you got out of my last post you mis-interpreted it. That last post was more of a response to the gentleman that said his first response to a missing part would be to file a claim. In fact, I noted that in your case, where you feel like you're being ignored, that I'd understand a claim being filed. So no, I don't feel like you're trying to scam us at all. Sorry if that's how you took it.

So I just looked at the order and I see what you're missing (the other set of end links and the strut mounts) and I see a note from me to our shipper to make sure their sent. I see your emails Friday which still don't have a response since I was out Friday and generally don't answer email on the weekend. So I owe you an apology there. I can follow up on this tomorrow and make sure that stuff did indeed ship.

thanks man... like i said.. sorry it has come to this.. and i didnt take the previous comment as directed towards me... just stating that im not trying to scam u on parts. the paypal thing is just a dispute.. not a claim as of now. id be happy just getting the parts than a refund. i just felt that i wasnt getting anywhere with emails.

Hey, no worries. I'm looking at the email transcript and didn't realize how long this was going on without a definitive conclusion so I don't necessary blame you. Hopefully we can just provide you with a tracking number tomorrow and that solves it.
