w body store phone number????

Do not know if this is right place to ask but anybody know ther phone number to the W BODY STORE cuz e-mail is not working? I talked to mike one time about my problem but now its ben over a week and several e-mails and he will not talk to me, now im stuck with my problem to deal with on my own and not my fault. Thanks

A: Email, email, and email. Yes we have a toll free phone number and it's probably looking very tempting to use for an immediate answer but calling that number generally results in frustration and broken hearts. Email is by far the easiest form of communication to use with us. Emails are generally answered within 1 hour during business hours and are still answered quite quickly on the weekends and off hours. You can also chat with a live representative by clicking the "Live Help" icon in the upper right hand corner of the site and no, the operator is not actually that attractive.​
 
Yea i read all that and i e-mailed him and im am tierd of being ignored,so i guess there is no phone number they just hiding behind e-mails??
 
Wellllll, what's your problem, maybe the mighty power that is the internet can help.

If it's something money wise/part hasnt shipped, then yeah, no need to bring it to light here...just thought we might be able to solve it together with the power of friendship and GPF.
 
Well i dont want in any way to bash Mike, but the problem is that i ordered halfshafts from him one shaft was the correct shaft(pass side) the other shaft(drivers side) was clearly the wrong shaft was way to short and shaft itself was not as thick, so i put old shaft back in car after taking pictures. I sent all the info and pics to mike on a sat and monday morning he emailed me and said that it was clearly not the right part and he would talk to the guys in the back.........that was a week and a half ago and i have sent emails to him asking about progress and nothing. All i want is an answer if he aint gonna do nothing then fine i will buy another shaft somewhere else but if he gonna help then tell me, in the meantime i still have a bad shaft.
 
In that case, send one more email titled something like "URGENT, please respond quickly" and just ask for a simple answer. Explain you understand it's basically a 1 man show, and that problems arise that complicate response time. Then wait for a few days. It's about all you can do.

You sure it wasn't drop shipped from ZZP? Sometimes that happens. ;)
 
No clue if they came from zzp or not just know i ordered from mike. You can tell they are not reman gm units(as advertised) as the cups look nothing like the origionals. they are reman units from USA Industries. I hope its something simple like usa industries put the wrong shaft in the right box.
 
Thanks for the advise and im already done what you have suggested but still no respose so i will wait till tommorrow and send another.
 
update; me and mike finally got to talk and he assured me that it was correct, i did put shaft in and new hubs at the same time. The shaft must be from a diff. type of car because of shaft is smaller i diameter than mine but it went in and works and vibration is gone!
