Vibration like noise near the DIC.

If I hit a bump a vibration type noise starts near the DIC. If I hit the dash just to 10:00 o'clock of the DIC the noise stops. If I hit another bump it will start again.
Anyone experience that or have an idea what it is?
 


I have a "vibration" noise too, except I know mine is the sunglass holder. It pisses me off so I just turn the radio up louder.
 
Haha, I'm taking my covers of the dash to run wires soon and I'll look around under there. I'm hoping someone will know what to look for.
