Vibration, but NOT under acceleration only

I have a 2003 GP GT. Over about the last year or so, I've noticed vibration in the steering wheel and in the whole car in general--I can even feel it through the seat. I've done some research and people seem to have issues with 1) motor mounts and 2) CV shaft issues. However, I'm pretty sure it's not either of these because I know the motor mounts are fine, and people with CV shaft issues seem to only experience vibration under acceleration. My '03 vibrates not only during acceleration, but at cruising speed as well.

I have also noticed that the vibration is most severe when I first set off and the car is cold. After a few miles, it settles down. It never completely disappears, though. I've also noticed a lot more tire thrum and noise than in years past. Could I have a bent wheel? Some kind of suspension issue? A bent rotor, perhaps? I really have no clue. Thanks, guys, for your help.

Most vibrations at speed are due to tire and/or rim issues. Had the tires balanced recently?
If you are at cruising speed and it is vibrating, will putting the transmission in neutral affect the vibration at all or does the vibration go unchanged? What about light brake pedal pressure, does that affect it?

Throwing it into neutral doesn't stop the vibration. Light brake pressure, however, usually decreases the effect of the vibration. And when I'm braking to a stop, there's no vibration. There is a lot of tire thrum, though.
