hey guys just installed a set of b&g lowering springs using stock struts im having a wooble at lower speeds ..i have researched and havent found much on the 5.3s any help would be much appriecated....my car is a 2006 pontiac gxp grand prix 5.3

Is it mostly during acceleration??

By lowering the car, you threw off the axle geometry and the car is going to shake some. Get a set of engine/trans spacers to help correct the geometry.

Also be a solid idea to go get the car's tires balanced, and the car aligned. Should help some too.

And lastly, did you make sure you tightened everything up really well? didn't leave anything loose?

i just put new wheels and tires on and i bought springs and local gm dealership installed springs and did a four wheel alignment i also put a shorter dog bone on too and that didnt help wobble and also installed pogo washers too ...ihavent done the spacers yet ....

Toss the shorter dog bone our engine mounts are a a different ball game compared to the 3.8 guys by putting that shorter do gone means you had to severely compress the front lower mount and stretched the rear Mount...not good

So the spacers should cure it?i got the short dog bone from zzp racing he lead me that way instead of spacers im new to the front wheel drive stuff...

I'm telling you you won't even need spacers if anything just get those lower mounts replaced first OK m lowered on SSC with no vibration whatsoever. Oh and I have a Gxp too. Toss the short dog bone put the OEM one back.

B&G springs are much lower than SSC springs. I'm not surprised you're not feeling vibrations. He'll need spacers. I needed them with my Eibachs

Were on bilsteins though spring perch sits higher. Than regular 97-03 with the same combo.

Spacers would also help by putting the cv axles back in the correct pistons.

As cheap as speakers are its worth the little effort.

And of course check your mounts while you're at it.
