Very bad vibration only when on acceleration

Hello to all;

I have 2000 GTP, slightly modified, throttle body spacer, cold air intake, 3 inch down pipe no cat, with single O2 sensor, after market mufflers, ECU and a smaller pulley. The problem I am having is that I get a horrible vibration throughout the whole car only on acceleration. If I'm on the highway at 70 mph and I let up off the gas, its smooth riding. As soon as I give it just a little bit of gas to maintain that 70 mph, the vibration is back. The vibration is not in the steering wheel, just throughout the whole car. I checked and the wheel bearings are good, and there are new tires on the rear, all balanced. I'm not really sure where to go from here. Any help would be much appreciated.
Frustrated,

Mine was doing that really bad, I went through an axle. My passenger side axle was in pieces. So you may want to check into that.

Oh boy here we go!!! can you just pop off the lower ball joint from the spindle and A-arm
and then pull out the axle? I need to look under the car all the work I've done has only been under the hood.....lol

yes, pop off the lower ball joint and then pull the axle out. youll still have to pop it out though, you wont be able to just pull it out.
