Vanity plates anyone ?



Well, my plates are in... FINALLY! But get this, my wife went to pick them up for me yesterday. She had my old plates which we have to turn in, my registration and the letter saying they were available for pickup. All three things that they said I had to have to get them. Well, they wouldn't give them to her. They said that because her name wasn't on the registration they couldn't give them to her. I was livid. She even had the insurance card with her name on it to prove who she was. Did they honestly think she stole my plates and registration and somehow managed to steal the letter too? I hate the DMV... period. So now I get to find out when I can take off work to personally go get them.
 
Thats rediculous!! I bet she could get a credit card over the phone in your name and then rack up a fat bill, and no one would say anything. People are dumb!

Yeah, actually I am, over something as trivial as picking up plates. Especially when she could prove she was my wife. I could understand a bit more if it was just some other person trying to get them.

Anyway, gonna try and sneak away tomorrow and get them. Being the only person where I work makes it tough to get out. Guess a sign on a locked door will have to do around lunch time. LOL!

You are correct.

It stands for Rush YYZ.

YYZ is the solo song on their Moving Pictures Album and one of their most played solos at ALL their concerts :)

And for those who are might be interested in knowing.

YYZ is the airport designation for the Toronto Airport :)

The reason the difference in the tires was that I "trying on" my new TSW rims on only one side of my car and the other side still had my "winter rims" on. Thus the difference in size and look.
