User location Map

I was just reading through some of the welcome area posts and had an idea about people putting themselves on a map of something so that we could see who is from what state (and providence for you special people up north) and how many members are from that state and a percentage. I would be willing to be in charge of it if you admins want to set it up or tell me how to.



IDK....just thought it was a good idea.

I know there is a way it can be done I believe through Google maps, Ive seen it on other forums, but I dont know quite how to go about doing so. I'll look into this as I have time as I believe it is a good idea, well just have to make sure the personal information stays out and only list by screen name or something like that.

check out Visitor Map, MySpace Map, Frappr Map - The most social maps on the Web. you can make custom maps there where people can put in their location and stuff.
