Used rims on 2005 Grand Prix Base

I own a 2005 Grand Prix Base model. The picture above is a 16 inch rim with tire size of 225 60 R16.
I would like to know if these will fit on my vehicle without any problems. (correct offsets, etc).
The rims are from a 2003 Grand Prix
