Upper Intake Gasket GTP

Where can I buy an upper intake gasket for 98 GTP? How do you take the supercharger off the motor to get top half off the motor?
 


It's called RockAuto, Advance Auto Parts, NAPA, etc. Every auto parts store has them. There are several write-ups on here telling how to remove the S/C.
 
gasket is called a upper plenum gasket, any parts store should have it for like 12 bucks.

unplug the injectors and sensors on the tb and the two vac lines off the top, then take 4 little nuts off the fuel rail, then pop the rail and injectors out, take belt off, then the tb cables, then un bolt it. and take it off.
 
Yup; and never buy the Garlock gasket.

Felpro or nothing.

Also; metal/aluminum gaskets for the lower intake.
 


Yeah I just had to purchase the upper intake gasket for my own 01 gt and my dad has been a mechanic for 20 years and said the same, Fel-pro is the best in his opinion. We just were unsure as he had never worked on a gtp and was lost as to everything since the supercharger is on there and so on. Thanks for the advice guys!
