Upper bolt on rear stabilizer bar

1997 Grand Prix GT. Anyone have a way to get the upper rear stabilizer bar bolt out? My son hit a big pothole on our fine roads here in Michigan and it looks like I need to drop the rear suspension cradle to access the upper stabilizer bar bolt. Its the one towards the front not the adjustable towards the rear. Thanks
