ubend 02 sensor?

its leaking behind the ubend so i figured now is a good time to get rid of the ubend.But the sensor is really rusty not sure if i can get it out.So can i run safely without one until i can get one.
 


If its an '01+ car...your going to get hit and miss sh1tty mileage...because the '01+ cars NEED a rear o2.
