finished the alternator/compressor/engine mount. we are going down to the chassis shop in NC to do some work on the 4th and 5th and maybe even saturday.




works good, going to change the tensioner disc design but its all good

I'm sure you took it into account, left room for dipstick to slide in?

yeah, the blue tape is stuck inside the dipstick hole in the first pic.
i cleared the 3/8ths inch parts just fine and the tubes curve is past the plate

here's to a safe drive down and back and some "do work'n" in between

then we can finally start the chassis instead of just designing it/parts

Al and I have worked through this project since we were damn near kids, 20 years through 2 major refits....this 3rd is a total clean sheet draped over everything and the kitchen sink....so it'll be cutty tinwork over our dream car
