Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

Dan.. I've seen guys smooth that mark out and keep on running it.

There's a guy in Stratford that was running S3 heads and cam etc. Had some exhaust restriction he said was heating up #4 and the valves supposedly were getting sticky. He had both valves hit worse. Fixed the heads and kept on going.

Im definitely considering that Bill. On the other hand, the power that this thing makes, would it be silly to not change the slugs out while everything is apart...

also, if i pull the engine to do that fix, i can put my new 300m input shaft in too and then be worry free(well mostly lol)

Ryan.. the wanted section is where you should be posting this. Please keep Dan's thread clean.

Soooo Dan, what's the decision? Full build with good pistons, new hardware throughout, fixing the oiling issues, raising compression etc etc?

Think ima pull the engine, fix my rear main leak, clean up the dings in the pistons, replace the bent valves, put my 300m in and MAYBE put a bigger cam... still on the fence

Omg watched the dyno video. We all no turbos will produce more power but I freaking love the sound of twin charged and would sacrifice power for the sound of it any day.

Please do this if your going to do all the work of pulling it and then possibly a bigger cam, it would be crazy not to do all of it IMO. Piece of mind is worth a lot too and knowing in the back of your head you left them pistons.....
