Tuner in Michigan

I know I have seen that there a quite a bit of tuners in the Mitten land. I am Located in Traverse City but I am willing to drive a bit to get this tune compelete. It has been needing one for a while now. I have a 99 GTP that has been previously tuned by the last owner. I have owned the car for two years. It is babied and hardly ever boosted but is showing a good amount of KR and I wonder if it was even done correctly.

It has;
DP with Cat
1.9 ZZP rockers
LS1 MAF
3.5 MPS
running 104s
HAI
Resonator delete which I doubt makes a difference.

Because I just feel like he didn't do it right. I would be able to pay to get it done. I just would like to get it done right.

You are going to have a bad time if you dont figure out what tuning you feel you need to have done.

The last guy that "tuned" it, megasquirted the car and it didn't turn very well...car ran like 15's with those mods.

So, it's basically got a stock file, IIRC.

I suppose it just needs a LS1 maf file in it... But really the OP needs to scan it to see how "crappy" and at least try to fix it before throwing a laptop at it and hope it works.
