Tuner in central FL area HELP ASAP!!

PLEASE! is there anyone that tunes or has a program for a 98 regal gs...all i need is my shift points changed back to stock. its on an intense pcm. i bought it from someone else and i do not like the 6k shift point. please if any one can help thanks. heres my number 407 600 0813
