Trunk won't open?

I have a 1998 grand prix gtp. The key doesn't work with the trunk, and last week the remote and trunk button in the glove box don't work either. The reverse lights don't work. when i press the trunk button with the remote it just makes a clicking noise and the head lights flash. I tried replacing the neutral safety switch on the transmission and that didn't fix the issue.

Check your fuses, worst case, crawl through the pass through and find the manual release pull.

I checked the fuses, i crawled through and theres no release. i had to remove it with a 10mm and then twist it with a screwdriver. i dont know what else to do
