• The site migration is complete! Hopefully everything transferred properly from the multiple decades old software we were using before. If you notice any issues please let me know, thanks! Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

"Tried" removing exhaust tips

yep just cut them rings off and go buy some clamps from your local auto parts store. I did the same thing.

UPDATE: Bought a metal grinding disc, cut the welded bracket, cut the ring twice opposite of each other and the ring came off easily. Exhaust tip was a little harder to take off, just opened up the flaps and pulled side to side for a few minutes and popped off, you may fly back a few inches :) I did >.>

i would, then some big channel lock pliers, to twist em off. lots of salt on the roads up there in Alaska huh???? lol

The inside of your tips will be black from carbon within a week. Just leave it. I'd put a layer of clear paint on the lip, though, after a good polish.

for however long i ran my car with no tips just because i was cheap and lazy, it looks kinda stupid. put tips on it.

I have a bunch of mini projects that need to be done to this car, its beat up. I guess its not Alaska proof lol. But if I ever cross your path, I guess I can fill up your tires with air or something :)
