Tried everything for this misfire

What do you think about the timing chain being stretched? 181k miles and never changed. Maybe could cause that?
 


OH MY GOD IT WAS THE PLUG WIRES!!!! They all speced okay on an Ohm Meter, but I swapped back to stock wires today and the misfire is gone!!
