hey just wanted to share my expericnace with buying these clear corner and crome headlights from trend gear off of ebay. DO NOT BUY THEM! yes they do look amazing but there are problems with them! here is a video i had to send them because they didnt belive me of my problems. YouTube - 99 Grand Prix clear headlights from trendgear (Problems)

so they would not call me back after seeing the video i put up for them very poor customer service! i had to keep calling them back. so once they were installed they wobble around in the housing and the corner lights do not have a very good seal they keep taking in moisture and the other one is so bad after it rains it usually has a puddle in it!

they were nice enough to send me a new pair took a while but they did! and the new pair exactly the same thing! ive ended up drilling a hole in the bottom of the left corner light cuz i got sick n tired of drianing the damn water out of it.

and as far as the install goes im a mechanic... lol I would not recomend these lights although they do look nice they do not perform

The only way those would wiggle like that is if the bolts that hold the headlamp housing to the bracket are not tight enough. Either way I like the depo clear or balck corners. Those don't condensate like the others that come with the aftermarket lights.

ANY EBAY HEADLIGHT HAS SEALING ISSUES. Thats nothing new. I say reseal them and be baller.

Wobble? Use weatherstriping under and on the side of the headlight. Problem solved. Thank you.

I forgot to add that when I had a set of aftermarket lights I had to put washers between the headlamp and the bracket to have the headlamps not wiggle like that.

No I've tried washers and doesn't change anything. They are tight. I think the plastic housing it sits in is just not very strong and that's what lets it wiggle. I've put back in the stock lights and don't wiggle at all.

mine weren't that bad, the corners had sealing issues, fix? silicone and weep holes.

Pfyc.com had the best clear corners

i wasnted to try it but they were a little bit diffrent and wouldnt fit.

That is strange. The brackets should be the same on the aftermarket lights. The stock bracket fits much better. I swapped my black headlights over to my factory brackets and the fit was much better. when ever you get a chanve perhaps you could snap a quick photo of the aftermarket bracket.
