Have compg if you couldnt figure it out from my U/N and am in search of a used trans for the moment. Rebuild is out of the question for now as I cant afford the downtime. Is the GXP trans the same as the comp g's??? All information I could find says it is but I didn't know if there was someone who could verify this.

If I'm not mistaken the trans is a 4T65E-HD (code MN7). Seems to be the same in the GXP.
 


I'm pretty sure the GXP trans has the starter mounted on it, instead of on the engine. Not sure if its that way on the 3800S3 or not.
