Transmission Shifts Weird (2008)

With the car warmed up, and the car cold, moreso cold, when in drive, and go to accelerate, the car won't move and pulses and then clunks into gear like it's at 5k and dropping the clutch (automatic though...) under 35mph. Had it in for warranty work from some bolt snapping. Any ideas?
 


Lol no, the only shop it's been in is mine, besides for the warranty work on the transmission. I just didn't know if these transmissions had any common issues.
 
If the warranty work was done recently it sounds like they botched something. Is it still under a warranty from the place that did the transmission work?
 
It was bought from a dealer. I believe it has 86k on it. they wouldn't go into detail with me about what bolt let go inside it, apparently its a common problem.
