Trans upgrade question

I have a 2000 gtp that I'm rebuildin.. Stage 3 heads, cam shaft, potted everything and stage 2 ic with a 2.7 pulley and so on.
Next is the trans, on that I have no idea where to start or what I'd need?
I'm guessing after it'll be putting out 330whp and I'd like to upgrade to twin charged in the spring so any ideas on what I'll need to run 400whp with out burning out my trans would be grate.. Keep in mind Im not 20 so I don't bag the **** out of my ride.. Thanks guys
