Trans slipping when cold

Ok guys heres the problem im having problems with my trans in the morning when i first start up my gtp and take off my trans slips for about the first 10 or 15 minutes then after it warms up it shifts fine i bought it from a buddy that had a aamco rebuild about 70k ago ive read alot about 4t65es and the morning sickness problem with the imput clutch seal any ideas? Also does anyone know if aamco uses a hardened 4th clutch hub on there rebuilds... thanks
 


I'm pretty sure the only 4th hubs available are the hardened ones. It wouldn't make sense for anyone to make an inferior part.

The Input piston seal is a real issue though and it sounds about right for your issues.
