hey i am in need of some help i have a 2000 grand prix with the 3100 v6 to day i was driving and it was making a whining noise in 2nd gear shifted hard in to 3rd and noise was gone and shifted good so i put the trans in 2nd and that noise was there i own 4 grand prixs 2 are gtps and i have never had any problems like this any help would be great thanks
 


I'm a little unclear. Are you telling us that potentially your fluid was changed as long as 59K miles ago or that you checked the fluid level and it's good?
