trans jumping!! wondering what to do next..

my trans has been jumping on the take off to about 30 mph and does randomly while on the freeway, it also does it in 1,2,3 gear when i shift in to the lower gears..SO i was wondering could it be jumpin from the fuel pump maybe?? or clogged filter? trying to avoid a trans rebuild please let me know thanks..
