Trans/Differential problem

I have an 02 GT with about 120k and it has a bad vibration coming from the front right when I accelerate. Feels like the wheel is about to fall off. Thought it was bad tire or wheel balance but I rotated at balanced them. The problem is still there. I jacked the car up and put it in gear it the axle is moving up and down near the trans while in drive. The cv joints seems good. Its not clicking and boots are in good shape. Could it be the axle is bad or maybe the differential bearings? Wheel bearings maybe?
 


Check all of the suspension components and also the outer tie rod ends to make sure they are not sloppy. If the car is lowered you can also have a driveline vibration while accelaring.
