No sir. Your 97 GT would have a 4T60E whereas the 97 GTP and all 98+ model Grand Prixs (excluding GXP) have a 4T65E or 4T65E-HD.

There id s swap thread on gpona except its only tot 97 ftp to 97 gt and you'd need s 97 gtp engine harness
