tranny problems wont to up grade

i have a grand prix gt2 with 170xxx miles on it and it shifts hard sometimes me i thank its about to go so i was going buy a new tranny but i wont to put the tranny out the SC since im goin to replace it but i wont it to make sho it fits and will it upgrade my speed performance off the line and what gear retio should i get plez help buy tranny next week and if u no a web page that has tranny for a good price that will help to
 


Not sure I understood what you are saying as a lot of the words were more phoenetic than the correct word.

You are looking for a transmission and would like to put an HD in your non HD car?

Lol my bad i was at work and writing it on my phone. But im having tranny problems and i thank its about to go out on me so i was goin to replace it.but i wont to put the tranny out the gtp in my gt2 and i was wondering if its worth the upgrade.
 
You'd get a gear ratio that would require programming. The ratio itself 2.93 isn't all that bad with an NA motor, I have this setup currently.
