Trailing arm bolts issue

Alright so I get some trailing arms from Frosty (finally) and the lower bigger bolt is frozen on there both sides. The nut came off but the bolt will not budge.

Ive tried pb blaster, impact, breaker bar pickle fork, and a good ol fashioned hammer those things wont budge.

The only thing i havent tried is heat. Im not sure if it would damage the aluminum spindle. Any pointers would be great.

I searched around and didnt find anything I havent tried and no one used a torch.

Dumb question, but now that the nut is off have you tried turning the bolt using a ratchet to see if it will free itself up? On one of mine I threaded the nut back onto it until the end of the bolt was flush with the top of the nut, and then turned the bolt side with a ratchet while someone else smacked the nut end with a hammer and it finally backed out. PITA but it eventually came out.
 
Heat and PB blaster. Also get a 3lb sledge not a ball peen or regular Hammer it makes a difference. Tried and true mechanics method "heat-n-beat "

Ya FFDP its froze for sure its like its welded in there. if you say i can heat it then i will

Ya FordMan nut off full on impact wrench while smacking the nut end of the bolt with a hammer but i used a smaller hammer because i didnt want to damage or bend the aluminum spindle it goes through.

Burbman i did use alot of blaster was nervous about using a big hammer.. but heat and beat sound good to me

Side note i ordered new brackets because mine were rusted out and pretty thin

Ahh...good ol trailing arms. They drove us mad after every method failed so I had to take out the trusty grinder hehe

I used heat last night but only hit the nut side of the bolt but couldnt get a good swing on it because of the rotor.

Question: would hitting the head side of the bolt be worth anything and how hot is to hot? or is there a to hot? glowing red?

the bolt is froze to both the sleeve and the spindle. bent a pickle fork trying to drive it between the 2
 
Things expand when they are hot....so you don't want to heat the bolt and wedge it in the sleeve, you want to heat the sleeve so it expands and makes more room for the bolt. Heat the area around the bolt and use an impact to vibrate it.
 
Use heat to burn the bushing out. Bring marshmallows if you aren't afraid of a little toxin. LOL

Once the bolt "bonds" to the sleeve, you ain't gonna separate them.
 


done and done.. it took a little bit of all you suggestions to get them out.

ordered some new upper brackets cuz mine were pretty thin.
