when im at a stop and my traction control is off and i get on it to take off like to do a burn out or if the tires brake loose it spins stops then goes like hell....dosent seem right, shouldnt it spin?

Differential score protection. It's separate from traction control, and can only be disabled with a tune. You're not breaking both loose properly and the PCM is seeing this by the different wheel speeds of the front wheels. Huge differences in speed in the front wheels is how you score the center pin of the differential, and it explodes for lack of a better word.

Your car is protecting itself.

so with a pcm it would go away but probably isnt a good thing? i plan on ordering the dhp pcm i think it is....thanks for the help guys

no, it wont go away with a mail order PCM. they leave a lot of the traction control and abuse mode stuff alone. you need someone to sit in your passenger side and change what you want them to change.

when i was tuning i was knocking pretty much purely from the car trying to pull timing because i was making too much power. i had to keep raising the thresholds on everything until finally it would let me make the power without trying to pull timing on me for making like 300 ft/lbs of torque or more.

yah i really want a tune but cant find anyone close besides zzp and i have heard alot of bad stuff about them.....so im going to get the mail order and hopefully im safe....if not then i will blow it up and rebuild it

I spend alot at zzp, just stay away from their mail-order tunes

gotcha......well then maybe sooner or later i wll drive over there and do a pulley swap and a tune:)....till then is it the dhp pcm that is the best? cause im going to get one
