anyone that has ever been deployed overseas ever use the Sniper Hill internet? they block torrents, but is there another program that i can use to download torrents?
 


dude when i was in afghanistan 6 months ago, we had 5 computers for 80 guys, 4 of which actually worked. i was just glad to have internet, even if facebook and hotmail did take 5 mins to load just one page. so i wasn't even thinking about torrents
