Torque Converter needs replacing

So long story short, my torque converter failed again and sent metal through my transmission. The transmission shop gave me four stall options with the new rebuilt converter...1630 (stock), 1865, 2060, and 2375. With my twincharged setup making power from 2500 to 6000, and this being my daily driver, what would you all recommend I go with? Remember...this is my daily driver, not my racecar :th_laugh-lol2:
