I'm doing a (top swap) puting a sc on a N/A engine and was wandering if the heads on a 2000 3800sc engine are the same as a 2004 3800N/A engine?

I dont think they are, I read somewhere on here that you gotta have s/c heads.

In a way yes but they aren't, the L67 and L32 heads have the injector bosses in the heads where the L36 and L26 injector bosses are in the intake.
