I got the engine all reinstalled and bolted to the tranny, got everything plugged in i just got a dew last questions. what do i do exactly about the map sensor, and what about vacuum line routing?

mimic the l67 setup. MAP is on the back of the blower or wherever you zip tie it. the vacuum line goes from the MAP to the LIM to the FPR. there is one T and two 90* elbows. do not run it to the BBV on the blower. leave that nipple open (the lower).

that cover it?

you need a harness for it. did you not buy the "l67 swap kit"? you need a couple sets of wires, mainly that one. it also comes with the BBV wiring, but you dont need that.

like i said, you dont need the wiring for the BBV. you are running it off vacuum now.

the connector for the MAP you DO need.

thats it? what do i do with my evap system since it doesnt bolt to the lim anymore? thw map sensors i got are off a bonneville and it runs 2...do i only need one?

let the evap just sit there. its ugly, but you can make it look decently if you move a few things around and adjust.

you need a 2 bar GM map sensor. i dont know what the bonneville came with that is different.

whats 2 bar mean? and on the l36, the map in on the passenger side on the upper intake at the end right? it says pressure sensor on it anywho

also when i got snip the map sensor harness off the l67, will the wire colors be the same as my l36?

if the colors arent' the same, the pin descriptions are. Just match them up.

this is interesting. All the TS's I've seen have had the vacuum to the BCS and the wiring all hooked up. It'll be neat to see a different way of doing it.

i never had my BBV hooked up to the PCM. its a waste of time for me. i got full boost without hooking it up and thats all i was after. i just had to tune around not being able to dump boost on traction control and a few other conditions.

well colors were the same after all, so now im waiting on the pulley installer from zzp and its done.

ok got it running, throwing a multiple cylinder misfire code now...i know cyl 1 for sure, i got fuel, and spark, and idk how it couldnt be getting air....any help?

swapped all 3 coils triple checked all the plugs are to the right cylinders, cleaned the icm and put dielectric grease on it

But the code your throwing is cylinder #1 misfire? Sure your getting fuel? If you are 100% sure on that then you might try a compression test...or a valve could be stuck like there was in my car...had a stuck valve and it misfired for a week or so until it popped itself loose...or you can pull off the VC and beat on the valve spring with a rubber mallet.

its throwing multiple cylinder misfire, did a power balance test and i shorted out cyl 1 and no rpm change, all the others seemed ok. so i dont understand how its multiple...
