Top Swap extra plug

I have a extra plug just hanging here. I have no clue what it came off of or what it goes to. Ive searched all over google n stuff and cant find anything that even looks like this plug.

Any clue what this goes to. Also my fans are always on when the car is running and my dash temp gauge dosent wanna move anywhere anymore.

The big ass hose that goes to the top of the engine from the radiator. Under the intake manifold is a pain in the sack coolant temp sensor. Plug it in.
