We in America are very lucky, Greece/Spain and many other European countries are running right now without any kind of order. Did they ask permission to use the places...I'm sure, but did they clear out an airport or complete towns, no that is really how bad the economic crisis is....and we aren't out of the woods yet either, the government is very good at throwing money at a problem.
