The 98-02 L36 GP's are easiest for this swap, since there's less security/etc. BS than the Buick's/Chevy's, but those are also fairly straight forward.
For the pcm, best option is to upload the L67 version of the same year car (i.e.: '98 GTP file for a top-swapped '98 GT). Since tuning will be necessary for proper running afterwards, this doesn't add much time to the work.
