• The site migration is complete! Hopefully everything transferred properly from the multiple decades old software we were using before. If you notice any issues please let me know, thanks! Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

Of course we are! Lol, but he doesnt truly keep it clean, when it is i have to wash it haha. Anyway back on topic, ride looks good and i almost applied there but need a job that will go with school and not just seasonal cause i already have 2 of those crappy jobs.

It looks all pretty and shiny now, but I'm interested to see it holding up to the elements. I can already see things that would drive me nuts...

Is that a chip on the passenger side rear fender, in front of the tire?

I ****ing hate when people paint straight over emblems and badging. It looks dumb.

Don't forget the chip right there on the door and if ever plan on debadging well then your screwed.
I never really wanted to debadge so thats fine. and ill be taking care of that spot by the rear tire in the future but im not too concerned right now

Maaco is not as bad as everyone thinks...

Depending on what you bring them, if you bring them a car unsanded and non of the body work done there not gonnna do as nice of a job as someone who brings them a prepped car.

My friend is a used car dealer and he deals with Maaco Ive seen alot of nice jobs come out of there as well as many bad ones. Depends on witch Maaco you take them to they are all different and individually owned. Dont get me wrong they are far from a top quality shop but hey you get what you pay for right? Also anyone who talks about there paint fading after 2 years thats because its single stage and no clear coat thats why is so cheap. How ever they use Sherwin Williams paint witch is crap (atleast i feel that way coming from my own experience with it)

You'll see the difference from one Maaco to another, so far I had experience with about 4 Maaco's in my local area and you defiantly tell the difference between all of them. Weather is how good they tape, how many runs they have, how well they paint the lower part of the vehicle, how much dirt is in the paint etc. I do auto body for a living and what I can say, you get what you pay for thats just how it is
