x2. I love it when I am driving and I see some IL plates go flying past me then a few hundred feet up the road they either hit a deer or are in the ditch. Most drivers from IL I see drive on 51 going 90 MPH on their fancy Black Berrys not even looking.

On the contrary, most Wisconsin drivers go barreling down 294, 355, or I-55 and them a quarter mile later decide they don't want to do 80mph, instead they want to do 45. And switch lanes into the B-pillar of my car... so on, and so forth.

I mean, the second bit would be fine if only they could pick a speed...
