• The site migration is complete! Hopefully everything transferred properly from the multiple decades old software we were using before. If you notice any issues please let me know, thanks! Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

To rebuild or buy need trans to support 500hp +

I have tons of money in my sc build and at the end of the day i ended up going turbo. Ive said it many many times, learn from my stupidity just go turbo from the get go and save yourself a ton of time and headache. I too love the sound of the sc but it costs a ton of money to make power from the m90 and its just not worth it. This is just my opinion but if i had it to do all over again id do it completely different. Go whipple or turbo and be done.

If you MUST go S/C, perhaps you need a supercharger better suited to the task. I don't think a Gen V M90 is going to cut it for what you're asking. Maybe look into aftermarket superchargers? Big bucks though.

How much dose a bottom line turbo set up cost mind u I have no problem doing all the piecing together and or welding getting it pice by pice

There are a few running around on here for sale, hit up gmrbadass last I heard he had one or two kits for sale. As far as price goes your prolly looking in the $1500- 2000 range altho you might find them cheaper I'm just guessing I have around 3k in my stattama kit with ic that I got from gmr. As far as alternate SC go you can go whipple (which gmr has one on one of his cars) you can also do the hybrid m112 if you can find the plates

M112 I'll have to look into that I work at a cycling shop I could probably make the adapter plate at work

Basically its an m90 housing with m112 rotors and snout with the adapter plates taking up the space in between. I sent 4thgencamaro the plans and a plate for the gen3 housing he may be willing to send you a copy of the measurements

go turbo, I liked the s/c whine, but the turbo.......:th_drooling: I have little under 3k invested from a used turbo kit and the little stuff I had to buy for it (injectors, tune, misc bolts)

Completely ****s all over the 3.4 I had

I guess I need to see the plans but the M112 is a lot larger cfm rite is it a 4 lobe rotor do u kno of anyone who has used the M112 on there setup

There is a few guys that ran them but they weren't really that popular your best bang for your buck is turbo. Or go whipple but its a little pricey.
