ok i got new tires about 6-7 months ago they are grooved for rain 2 deep grooves about 1 1/2 inch from the sidewall my front tires inside of that groove is wearin verry horibly prolly about 3/10th tred left on frnt but outside the grooves at least 7/10th tred left the rear tires are perfect i checked press to make shure not over inflated and they are perfect pres. cant figure out why its wearin so bad just inside the groove like i said outside of the groove still good ill go take some picks and post em along with this

yeh i noticed i posted in rong sec after i already posted it oops lol i had my alignment done about 40k miles ago when i had trans replaced

Your toe sounds like its off by a degree or so. Get an alignment and rotate the tires :th_thumbsup-wink:

Maybe even pay the extra money and have the wheels re-balanced. You'll get another 35-45k miles out of the rear (would be front after a rotation) tires.

yeh they have a 80k mile warranty on em just dont have the 60 bucks atm to get a alignment done

40k since your last alighnment? Yeah, you need another one for sure. Sounds like your camber is off to me...
Could be camber, but at the rate they're wearing, sounds more like a toe issue. Might be a combination of both though. It depends on whether the tread is feathered or not.

Sounds like they are wearing like mine did. If you look under tires you should see pictures of my old tires! they was VERY bad! and my back ones! I know they said I needed alignment bad!!

Coming from someone who works on tires everyday. That definitely sounds like an alignment issue. Get that taken care of before rotating your tires, or you'll eat up the tred on your good ones. Unfortunately mileage warranties don't cover mechanical wear such as alignment issues, but if you get it taken care of ASAP you might be able to receive some credit on that tire.
