Tire wear on inside of driver side

08 grand epic base. Replaced sway links. Need lateral arm on passenger side. But issue is driver side tire is wearing far to quickly I bought the car 600 miles ago and was told the tires were new with under 1000 on them. The tires were in good shape now I have a wavey wire show on driver side. Definitely has a camber and passenger toe is out of whack looks to be positive to me which is cause by bent lateral arm. Really curious on why my driver rear tire is the tire having issues when the passenger side has the bad lateral could the positive toes on passenger side cause the tire wear on drivers side? I know possible need for camber bolts and a possibility of struts as well but all looks rarely new except lateral arm on passenger and struts look to be a little old. Don’t really hear any clunking in ass end do feel a bit of a dog walk on passenger side when cornering. I know car will need alignment when ass is said and done just looking for any knowledgeable advise. Thank in advance

I would replace all the known bad parts and also do new struts/mounts all around while you're in there. Replace anything that has a bushing that looks suspect. Check tie rods, ball joints and lower control arms in the front. If any of those are bad then just get new lower arms loaded and you will have new bushings and a ball joint all in one. Then go get a 4 wheel alignment. RockAuto will be your friend on those. Just go for at least the Moog stuff and skip the other Chinesium stuff.

IIRC you shouldn't need camber bolts unless you're lowered but the last gen GP's may be different.
