so im thinkin about tintin my tails
but its illegal and i dont have the money to pay a ticket
so maybe addin tint stripes
would it look cool or stupid as hell? i dont know really

I've been pulled over a couple times because of my tail lights, but I think the cops were just trying to see if I was drunk, because MN police stepped up DWI enforcement. I havent gotten a ticket yet =P

oh, and I got followed in broad daylight by a cop, when my lights were off and didnt get pulled over ;]
 


I've driven by multiple cops day and night and none of them have pulled me over. I think if you can just see the lights when you brake you should be finel
 
Mine are a bit on the dark side, yet I've seen many cops and I've only been pulled over once in the few months I've had them, but no ticket.. had a full car in the middle of the night, I think the cop just wanted to check some ID's, lol.. no ticket..

turns out mine are really dark. in daylight, nearly invisible, especially from an angle. never been pulled over
 
Funny story:

My cousin tinted his tails and the VHT cracked so he never fixed it. Got pulled over and the lady cop told him that she thinks some of his light bulbs are bad. LMAO even he didn't get a ticket..

thats retarded, in plain daylight, you can see the car, so you'd still be a ****wad for rearending someone and at night, you're not supposed to outdrive your headlights so they'd STILL be a ****wad...
