well i was randomly going thru the forum lookin at peoples gp's and i beleve it was "warbeaver" or something lol, who had his tails tinted and had a sort of write up, so i decided to go for it.

FIRST COAT

i just finsihed all the coats on both tails. now waiting for them to dry. i will deff post more pics when everythings all said and done.:D
 


Rustoleum Specialty Lacquer Clear Coat..

Believe me that'll make a world of difference from that clear coat.

Looks good so far though.
 
thanks guys!! yeah there as dark as warbeavers now. that pic of the tint was just the first coat. i did about 3 coats and 5 clear. ill take pics tommarow of them on the car.and as far as tinting peoples tails i will do that. just send me the lights and enough to cover the cost of the supplies and ill dew it. for my first time ever painting taillights i did an excellent job.
 






3 coats is dark, but nothing like mine...I think I slagged 5 on...You could see the brake lights if you were about 1 foot away, in pitch black....BUT...it matched the car nicely!

They look good, and the debadge looks great.

Nice little SE there.
 
thanks guy lol. and forget about seeing my lights! buddy of mine was followin me last night and almost rear ended me like 4 times lol. he says "everytime you hit the brakes it looks like your regular lights are on"........... owell :D
