Timing and knock results

Ok so I had the aero on knock and advance timing and from idle to wot the knock showed nothing the timing at idle is 21 or so and then with giving throttle it goes down 19 and then at wot it goes as high as 25 and then after releasing the throttle it bounces to 30.
 


Idk?!??!? What is normal? So is the tune responsible for these numbers so I am gonna find a 3.4 pulley and a tune? How much does a tune usually run
