Hey guys,
It's about time i laid down some picks of my '00 GTP. Had a GT years back, totaled :th_depressed:, but then I got a GTP about 2 years ago! The person who had it before was not treating her right...Smashed sub, Broken video head unit (with a pack-man game attached...),MSD coils and wires, sun rash ( i think that's what ya call it), and she needed a whole lot of maintenance (nasty oil and coolant to say the least). Time to give ya the journey so far!
Day 1
Leather interior, gotta love it!
You can see the Head unit somewhat...
Wheels that came with the car. I don't really like them, still looking for a good deal on some alternatives
The wimpy intake, got my bigger K&N from my GT
Dem MSDs...misfired like crazy when I bought it
Sun rash...gotta fix that one day soon
So last summer engine blew...Culprit was a cracked/chipped piston (looking for the pic cant remember)...SO time to put in another!
Out she goes
Engine out
Me in! That's gotta add like over 9000 HP right!?!?
Painted the covers turned out good! Got some OEM coil packs
"New" motor in with my K&N
Just two recent picks, trans took a crap, but now up and running!
Now current time:
Got TOG headers w/ DP from WBody going in this weekend (will post some picks)
Poly motor mounts going in as well
Need to get a tune was going to go with Overklill, but looking to find a place that will do an in car tune first. I will drop the pulley to a 3.4 when I do the tune. Next couple things:
1)Tint
2)Wheels
3)Painted
4)SS break lines (Car came with 04 calipers but might pick up some FBody)
4)Then working on all the small little mods like clear corners, and what not.
So that's my baby. Open to any suggestions and tips! Just want to say thanks to you guys for helping me one different threads, I love this forum! Hope you enjoyed :th_winking:
