1992 GTA Trans Am

Final Year from Van Nuys California, 1 of 48 Medium Green Metallics, 1 of 45 made for Canada, 1 of 274 total production.

L98 TPI 350 with a 700R4, 3.42 posi, WS6 Suspension, tan cloth interior, under 100k miles original (151,000 kilometers).

Mods:

Custom 3 inch stainless cat back borla, eibach sportlines, American Sportscar Designs 96-97 style Ram Air Hood, K&N conical, accell 8,8 wires, energy suspension trans mount, P275/45R17 Sumitomo HTRII's on yr 2000 Ram Air Trans Am WS6 wheels with 2 inch spacers. Car was painted in 2000 in its original hue with dupont chroma premier with 3 coats of clear and has remained under a cover or out of the sun most of it's life since.

Rest of car is pretty much stock with tonnes of new or newer parts.

Never winter driven.

Car was in High Performance Pontiac magazine in July 2003 and is a former THE GTA SOURCE PAGE -- The HOME For The Trans Am GTA Enthusiast feature car.

Bra gone since I had the front bumper repainted last yr... I need to take some newer pics this spring...

Body style... I was 16 in 87 when the gta's hit the dealers... I thought the flame red metallic gta's were the sexiest car when new... 10 yrs later I owned one... A flame red 305 5 speed with t tops... That was a fun car.

If I got another it would be a 1998 to 2002 ws6 m6.
 
Cool car. A friend had a Jade '92 305 TPI 5 speed GTA hardtop. Crashed it hard on the way to my house one night. :(
 
nice ride!! i think a GTA will be my next project car.
my buddy has a 91 vert with the 305...not fast but its a nice cruiser!
