Seems terribly overpriced for what you're getting.

behringer DCX2496 does all that and so much more for $300 last time i checked.

Only draws 12 W of power so i'm sure the cheapest inverter you could find would work.
 
The behringer has a much nicer EQ too. Anyways, it's kind of a B to tune the behringer while in the trunk and if you install+tune correctly you really don't need much in the way of EQ. My vote still goes towards the CDA-9887. But I'd probably take a 9855 or 9835 over that if I had the opportunity. The Pioneer 800prs or 880prs is a nicer deck imo.
